How to trace using transparency in Inkscape

Ever wonder how to autotrace those hard to handle .pngs with light colors against a transparent background. It’s quick and easy in Inkscape? Hint: It involves my favorite tool…the paint bucket. I’ll show you in less than 2 minutes.

    have you used the Silhouette Studio Designer rhinestone feature? I’m considering purchasing.

      Sheila, I have played with it a little and am not very impressed as the rhinestone features are somewhat restrictive. General consensus seems to be that other programs, such as MTC, are better if rhinestones are your main concern.

    Make sure not to trace copyrighted deigns.
